Measuring Tips

How to Find Your Fit: You’ll need a cloth tape measure and a full-length mirror. Do not measure over clothing – taking measurements while wearing undergarments is more accurate. Then, match your measurements to our Size Chart to find your perfect size.

Bust: Measure around your bust at the fullest part, under your armpits and around your shoulder blades.

Waist: Measure around your natural waistline at the narrowest point; breathe naturally— don’t hold your breath!

Hip: Stand with your feet together. Measure around the fullest part of your hip (approximately 7”-9” below your waist).

Measuring Tip: Always hold the tape snug to your body, and check in the mirror to be sure tape is always level and parallel to the floor.

Fit Tips: If you are in-between sizes, choose the smaller size if you prefer a closer fit, or choose the larger size if you prefer a looser fit.

Blouses and jackets: match your measurements to the bust and waist measurements.

Skirts and pants: match your measurements to the low hip and waist measurements.

Dresses: match your measurements to the bust and low hip measurements. If you are still unsure, please contact our customer service department for additional help.

No cloth tape measure? Just use a long piece of string or ribbon and tie a knot at one end. Measure as above, but make a mark on the string with a marker where the knot matches the other end. Then, measure the string flat from the knot to the mark using a ruler, yardstick, or metal measuring tape.
